Simple food substitute, if your toddler won't eat meat!

It's very common for children to stop eating meat and there might be a variety of reasons for it. The meat might be hard to chew or the texture might be a problem.

But that doesn't stop your kid from getting the right & necessary proteins. One should be careful and offer foods without forcing or pressure, otherwise, they could develop an aversion.

There are vegetarian foods with similar nutrients that will help them balance their nutritional needs. Some of the
