Potato- Spinach Puree

Ingredients

  1. Potato – 1 (peeled and sliced)

  2. Spinach – 20g (a handful)

  3. Ajwain – a pinch


Method

  1. Pressure cooks the potato.

  2. Wash the spinach well and steam for few minutes.

  3. Peel and mash the potato. Puree the spinach and add to the potato.

  4. Adjust the texture as required and sprinkle ajwain over the potato.

  5. Feed warm.
