Malted Ragi Porridge

Ingredients

  • Malted ragi – 15g

Method

  1. 1. Add 1 tbsp of malted ragi in water

  2. 2.Make sure its mixed well for no lump formation

  3. 3.Stir on the low flame until it thickens. .

  4. 4. cool and serve fresh.


Note - Initially when you introduce ragi porridge, give it a little diluted or thin for a week.
