Curd Sandwich

  • Bread- 10 slices

  • Fresh curd- 1/2 cup

  • Cucumber – 1 no

  • Tomato – 2. no

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Mint – 1/4 cup

  • Chat masala – 1/3 tsp

  • Cumin powder – 1/3 tsp


1. Cut cucumber and tomato into thin round slices.

2. Grind mint into thick paste by adding little salt.

3. Take one slice of bread and spread a little mint chutney. Then keep sliced cucumber and tomato on the bread and close it with another slice.

4. Do the same for the remaining slices.

5. Add salt the curd and mix well. Then spread the curd on the prepared bread slices.

6. Finally sprinkle chat masala and cumin powder over the sandwiches and serve.

Nutritional highlights Bread provides carbohydrates and sodium. Mint leaves are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and calcium. Tomato is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium.
