Cauliflower rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice - 1 cup

  • Cauliflower - 1 cup

  • Peas - 1/4 cup (optional)

  • Sambar powder - 1 tbsp

  • ghee - 1 tbsp

  • mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp

  • Channa dal - 1 tbsp

  • salt - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the rice and keep it aside to cool.

  2. Wash the cauliflower florets and allow the water to drain out completely.

  3. In a kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds, channa dal, cumin seeds and let it be done

  4. Then add peas and cauliflower and cook until they are half cooked.

  5. Add salt and sambar powder and saute for 2 minutes.

  6. Finally add the cooked rice and saute it
