Cauliflower rice
Ingredients: Rice - 1 cup Cauliflower - 1 cup Peas - 1/4 cup (optional) Sambar powder - 1 tbsp ghee - 1 tbsp mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp Channa dal - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tsp Method: Pressure cook the rice and keep it aside to cool. Wash the cauliflower florets and allow the water to drain out completely. In a kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds, channa dal, cumin seeds and let it be done Then add peas and cauliflower and cook until they are half cooked.
