Paneer Burji

Ingredients: Paneer – 1 cup Ghee– 1 tbsp Onion – 1 no. Tomato – 1 no. Capsicum – 1 no. (optional) Turmeric – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves- 1 tsp Method: Chop onion, tomatoes and capsicum Keep it aside Crumble paneer and keep it ready. Heat ghee in a kadai, add onion, saute until they turn pink. Add tomatoes, capsicum and fry everything until they shrink. Add turmeric, garam masala and saute it for 5 minutes Add the crumbled paneer and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove. Garnish with coriander leaves.
