Curd Sandwich

Ingredients Bread- 10 slices Fresh curd- 1/2 cup Cucumber – 1 no Tomato – 2. no Salt – 1/2 tsp Mint – 1/4 cup Chat masala – 1/3 tsp Cumin powder – 1/3 tsp Method: 1. Cut cucumber and tomato into thin round slices. 2. Grind mint into thick paste by adding little salt. 3. Take one slice of bread and spread a little mint chutney. Then keep sliced cucumber and tomato on the bread and close it with another slice. 4. Do the same for the remaining slices. 5. Add salt the curd and mix well. Then spread the curd on the prepared bread slices. 6. Finally sprinkle chat masala and cumin powder over the sandwiches and serve. Nutritional highlights – Bread provides carbohydrates and sodium.
