Spinach-Banana Milkshake

  1. Spinach – ¼ bunch (tender)

  2. Banana – 1 no. (Small)

  3. Green apple – ¼ no.

  4. Cherry tomatoes – 4-5 no.s

  5. Milk – 150ml

  6. Water – to adjust the consistency

  7. Honey – 2- 3tsp


  1. Wash the spinach and other ingredients well.

  2. Blend all ingredients together. Filter to remove any insoluble fibre/ stem.

  3. Adjust honey and water to adjust the consistency.

Nutrition Highlights – Greens are rich in vitamin A, fibre and iron. Fruits give calories and antioxidants. Cherry tomatoes are rated for its vitamin C and Vitamin A contents. Milk is a good protein source. Hence, balanced drink for a small meal. Slurppppppp!!
