Paneer Burji


Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 1 cup

  • Ghee– 1 tbsp

  • Onion – 1 no.

  • Tomato – 1 no.

  • Capsicum – 1 no. (optional)

  • Turmeric – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander leaves- 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and capsicum Keep it aside

  2. Crumble paneer and keep it ready.

  3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add onion, saute until they turn pink. Add tomatoes, capsicum and fry everything until they shrink.

  4. Add turmeric, garam masala and saute it for 5 minutes

  5. Add the crumbled paneer and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Nutrition Highlights: Paneer is an excellent protein source. Vegetables contain vitamins and minerals.
