Idli Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
Idli - 3 nos
Capsicum cubed – 50 gm
Onion – 1 no.
Tomato - 1 no.
Curd - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add curd, tomato sauce, red chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
Make idli and cut them into four pieces.
Add idlis, cubed capsicum, tomato, onions to mixture and marinate it for 20 minutes.
Now, in a tooth pick, prick a piece of idli followed by the vegetables and repeat it until the bowl is empty.
Heat tawa and place the idli tooth pick and put some oil on it. Close it with a lid for a minutes.
Roll it to get even roasting.
