Fruity Pasta

Ingredients:
Pasta -1/2 cup
Apple, chopped– 4 cubes
Pineapple, chopped - 4 cubes
Cherry - 3-4 no.s
·Carrot, chopped and boiled - 2 tbsp
peas, boiled - 1 tbsp
Beans, chopped and boiled – 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cheese – 2 cubes
Cows milk - 100 ml
Method:
Cook the pasta in same amount of water and milk
Allow the boiled pasta t0 cool down.
Boil the beans and carrot. (You Can Prepare And Store It The Previous Night).
Grate the cheese and and combine with all the fruits and vegetables.
Toss Well.

It is a sumptuous dish filled with goodness of vegetable and fruits. Apple and beans are a very good source of dietary fiber. Yogurt contains protein and calcium needed for the day. Carrot is rich in vitamin A, fiber and micro minerals.
