Banana Pops

  • Banana-2 nos

  • Vanilla yogurt – 1/4 cup (Use other flavors too)

  • Corn flakes – 1/4 cup

  • Coconut shreds – 2 tbsp

  • Popsicle sticks – 4


  1. Pour yogurt into a very shallow dish or plate.

  2. Peel bananas and insert popsicle sticks.

  3. Dip into yogurt, and then roll on corn flakes, coconut shreds.

  4. Place on a tray and freeze or serve immediately.

Nutritional highlights Corn flakes are fortified with iron and provide carbohydrates. Coconut is rich in fiber and provides essential fatty acids. It also has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal properties. Banana is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. Yogurt is rich in protein and calcium.
