Banana Pops

Ingredients:
Banana-2 nos
Vanilla yogurt – 1/4 cup (Use other flavors too)
Corn flakes – 1/4 cup
Coconut shreds – 2 tbsp
Popsicle sticks – 4
Method:
Pour yogurt into a very shallow dish or plate.
Peel bananas and insert popsicle sticks.
Dip into yogurt, and then roll on corn flakes, coconut shreds.
Place on a tray and freeze or serve immediately.
Nutritional highlights – Corn flakes are fortified with iron and provide carbohydrates. Coconut is rich in fiber and provides essential fatty acids. It also has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal properties. Banana is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. Yogurt is rich in protein and calcium.
