Apple Banana Puree

Apple - 1/2 no. (peeled, chopped)
Banana – 1/2 (chopped)
1. Peel and chop the apple and bananas.
2. Steam for few minutes or you can directly puree it if the child accepts directly.
3. Do not dilute the puree. Serve fresh.
Tips: As the baby grows you can mash the fruits and vegetables with hand instead of a food processor.
