Apple - 1/2 (peeled, chopped)
Banana – 1/2 (chopped)
1. Peel and chop the apple and bananas.
2. Steam the apple and banana for few minutes. Put it in a blender for a fine puree. Adjust the consistency and serve fresh. Cool before serving.
Tips: As the baby grows you can mash the fruits and vegetables with hand instead of a food processor.
